Body Well Mini- Health Coaching Program

In the initial phone call we will discuss your Nutrition, Fitness, & Wellness goals and how our Body Well program can help you develop healthy habits, achieve specific goals, and improve overall wellness.

Body Well Mini is a 4-Week Program that includes the following:

Minimum of 3, 45-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week

Nutritional coaching and meal planning

“Before and After” fitness assessments and measurements

Daily informative and inspiration emails and Weekly Challenges

Structured support and inspiration throughout the 4 weeks to help you achieve your goals.
