Mamas join FIT4MOM Philly for walks in various neighborhoods around the city. This is a perfect way to get in some movement, enjoy the fresh air, and socialize with other mamas. This is free for all and we welcome all stages of motherhood…. Pregnant, infant stage, toddler stage, etc!
