Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Virtual Strides/Barre

Family Strides is a total fitness program that Parents can do with their little ones. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for the family to do together.


Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Virtual Body Boost: Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Well is an 8-week results-based program that includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Run Club

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as
a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person
opportunities to train, learn and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of
distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive
email support, accountability and progress check ins from your Run Club Coach. Run Club Drop-In Classes are offered weekly- $16.
